Description

The Prea is a compact LED reading light with a tubular spotlight arm extending from a circular satin nickel backplate, angled forward to cast a focused 30° beam. An integrated 3W LED inside the spotlight head produces 210 lumens of 3000K warm white light, directed downward or across the page depending on how the fitting is oriented on the wall. A slim switch on the backplate turns the light on and off without needing to reach for a separate wall switch.

Designed for bedside reading positions, the Prea mounts 400-600mm above mattress height on the wall beside the headboard, directing light onto the book or tablet without spilling onto a sleeping partner. The 85mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, reducing the chance of contact with pillows or heads when sitting upright in bed. The fitting also works in armchair reading corners, home offices where task light is needed on a specific area, and hallways where a low-power accent light is required.

The satin nickel finish is a brushed mid-tone silver that resists fingerprints and reflects less light than polished chrome, making it suitable for darker wall colours where a polished fitting would create too much contrast. The 110mm height and 80mm width give the fitting a compact visual presence that suits walls with limited space between furniture and ceiling. The integrated LED is not replaceable, but at 3W consumption the expected lifespan exceeds 20,000 hours of use.
