Description

The Himal recessed downlight is a compact round fitting with an integrated LED, drawing 3.5W and giving 450 lumens from a single light point. Its colour output is selectable between 2700K warm white and 4000K neutral white via a built-in DIP switch, so the tone can be set to suit the mood of the room, with a colour rendering of Ra 80.

At Ø 8.5cm and just 2.9cm high, it sits quietly in the ceiling without dominating the space. The IP65 rating means it is protected against dust and water jets, making it a sensible choice for a bathroom or other damp areas where a clean, modern look is wanted.

The fitting is made from plastic in a black finish, with spring clips for a secure hold once pushed into the ceiling. It is light at 0.1kg, and the LED is integrated rather than replaceable.
