Description
The Bright is a 35cm diameter flush-mounted LED ceiling light with an integrated 4000K LED and a white metal housing. The fitting sits just 50mm from the ceiling surface, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m where a pendant or semi-flush would intrude into headroom. The 4000K colour temperature delivers cool white light, closer to natural daylight than warm white, which works well in task-focused spaces where clarity is more important than cosiness.
Designed for hallways, landings, compact bedrooms, utility rooms and en-suites, the Bright provides general ambient light without decorative flourish. The flush mount fixes directly to a standard ceiling rose or junction box, concealing the electrical connection behind the white metal backplate. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations, excluding bathrooms and outdoor covered areas which require IP44 or higher.
The white metal housing is constructed from steel and aluminium, keeping the overall weight low enough for standard ceiling fixings without requiring additional bracing. The 4000K LED is non-dimmable and cannot be replaced separately — the entire fitting is retired when the LED reaches end of life, typically after 25,000-30,000 hours of operation. The clean white finish pairs with white or magnolia ceilings and blends into the background rather than drawing attention as a feature piece.

Frequently Asked
Is this suitable for low ceilings?
Yes. The 50mm height makes the Bright one of the lower-profile flush fittings available, suitable for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m where a pendant or semi-flush would hang too low.
What is the light output like?
The 4000K colour temperature is cool white, closer to natural daylight than warm white. This makes it suitable for task-focused spaces like hallways, utility rooms and compact bedrooms where clarity is preferred over ambient warmth.
Can the LED be replaced when it fails?
No. The LED is integrated and non-replaceable. When the LED reaches end of life the entire fitting is replaced. Typical LED lifespan is 25,000-30,000 hours.
Can this be used in a bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture and must only be used in dry indoor locations. Bathrooms require IP44 or higher.
