The Bright is a 600mm diameter LED flush ceiling light with a white metal body housing an integrated 4000K LED. The fitting projects just 50mm from the ceiling, making it one of the lowest-profile flush lights in the Ideal Lux range and well-suited to rooms with limited ceiling height or where overhead clearance matters.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways, utility rooms, home offices and compact living spaces where a traditional pendant or semi-flush would intrude into the headroom, the Bright provides broad ambient light across a 10-15m² area. The 4000K colour temperature sits in the neutral-white zone between warm domestic lighting and cool commercial tones, giving clear visibility for tasks without the clinical feel of 5000K+ daylight-white LEDs. This makes it particularly suitable for workrooms, garages converted to home gyms, and utility areas where colour accuracy and brightness matter more than ambient warmth.

The white powder-coated metal construction provides a durable finish that resists discolouration from heat and moisture better than plastic housings. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor areas — not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor canopies. The integrated LED is non-replaceable, but carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty and is rated for a typical 25,000-30,000 hour service life, equivalent to approximately 8-10 years of domestic use at 8 hours per day.
