The Boutique Large is a 1m tall rectangular LED wall light with a matte white aluminium frame housing an integrated 50W 3000K LED strip. The LED sits behind a frosted acrylic diffuser panel that runs the full 1000mm height, casting warm white light forward and creating a halo glow around the edges of the frame where light spills out at the sides. The output of 2740 lumens makes this a functional ambient light source rather than a decorative accent.

Designed for hallways, stairwells, open-plan living areas and entrance lobbies with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Boutique Large works as a single statement fitting or in symmetrical pairs flanking a doorway or feature wall. The 250mm width and 70mm projection keep the fitting relatively flat against the wall, so it suits narrow hallways where a deeper projection would intrude on circulation space. The 120° beam angle spreads light broadly across the wall surface rather than creating a tight spotlight effect.

No. The integrated LED driver does not support dimming. The fitting operates at full 2740lm output when switched on.

What ceiling height does it suit?

The 1000mm height works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. In rooms with standard 2.4m ceilings, the fitting typically sits with its base 400-600mm above floor level, leaving comfortable head clearance in circulation areas.

Can it be installed on plasterboard walls?

Yes, but the 2.4kg weight requires secure fixing. Use plasterboard fixings rated for at least 5kg per fixing point, or fix into timber studs behind the plasterboard. Fixing into solid brick or block walls is preferred where possible.

Does the light shine upwards and downwards, or just forward?

The primary output is forward through the frosted diffuser panel. Light also spills out at the top, bottom and sides of the frame, creating a halo glow around the edges. There is no dedicated uplight or downlight beam — the effect is diffuse ambient wash light.
