The Boutique is a 1m tall rectangular LED wall light with a matt white aluminium frame housing an integrated 50W LED strip that delivers 2740 lumens of 3000K warm white light across a 120° beam angle. The 250mm width and 70mm projection from the wall give the fitting a slim vertical profile that casts a diffused wash of light both upwards and downwards along the wall surface.

Designed for hallways, staircases, double-height living rooms and feature walls in contemporary interiors, the Boutique provides both ambient lighting and architectural definition. The 1m height makes it particularly effective in spaces with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, where the light can extend across a larger vertical plane. The fitting is dimmable via a trailing-edge LED-compatible dimmer switch (sold separately), allowing output to be reduced from full brightness for evening ambient lighting or corridor night lighting.

The matt white powder-coated aluminium construction keeps reflections soft and allows the fitting to blend into white or light-toned walls, while still reading as a distinct architectural element when viewed from the side. The 2.4kg weight requires fixing into solid wall construction or studs behind plasterboard, with wall fixings supplied. The integrated LED runs on 220-240V mains without needing an external driver, simplifying installation.

Mantra produces the Boutique in Spain with a three-year manufacturer warranty. The integrated LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of operation, which translates to around 10 years of use at 7 hours per day before noticeable light degradation occurs.

Is the Boutique dimmable?

Yes. The integrated LED is dimmable via a trailing-edge LED-compatible dimmer switch. Standard rotary incandescent dimmers are not compatible and will cause flickering. Check that your dimmer is rated for LED loads before connecting.

What ceiling height does this suit?

The 1m height works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. In lower-ceiling spaces the fitting can still be installed but may dominate the wall visually. The light output is designed to wash upwards and downwards along the wall, so more vertical space allows the effect to develop fully.

Can it be installed on plasterboard walls?

The 2.4kg weight requires secure fixing. On plasterboard walls, locate studs and fix into them using appropriate wall fixings. Alternatively, use heavy-duty plasterboard anchors rated for at least 5kg load. Solid masonry walls accept standard wall plugs and screws.

What is the light distribution pattern?

The LED strip inside the rectangular frame emits light through diffusers on the front face and both top and bottom edges, creating a 120° beam that washes light upwards and downwards along the wall. This produces a soft halo effect around the fitting rather than a focused beam.
