Description

The QTX DMS-01 is a desktop microphone stand with foldable tripod legs. It gives you a steady base for a mic on a table or bench, and the folding design means it packs down small for storage or carrying between locations. We think it suits conference rooms, podcasts and studio work where you want a mic close at hand without a tall floor stand taking up space.

The frame and legs are metal, with a plastic mic holder on top. Rubber feet on each leg help keep things stable and stop the stand sliding across a hard surface. Height is adjustable between 200mm and 260mm, so you can set the mic to a comfortable level for seated use. It comes with a 3/8" to 5/8" thread adaptor and a 5/8" mic holder (mic clip), so you can fit most common microphones straight away.

At 190g and with a footprint of 260 x 200 x 200mm, it is light and compact enough to keep in a bag or drawer between jobs. The tripod legs fold flat when you are not using it, which is handy if you move around a lot or share kit. Setup is quick: open the legs, thread on your mic holder and you are ready to record or speak.
