The Maris is a 10 light crystal island chandelier built around an 80cm chrome frame carrying rows of faceted teardrop crystals arranged in overlapping tiers. Each of the ten E14 bulb positions sits behind the crystal curtain, casting light through the faceted glass to create prismatic reflections across the surrounding space. The polished chrome frame and ceiling plate provide a high-contrast border to the crystal arrangement.

Designed for linear dining tables, kitchen islands and reception counters, the Maris works in spaces where the chandelier will be viewed from multiple angles and where ceiling height allows for the 35cm drop plus clearance. The 80cm length suits tables of 1.6-2.4m or kitchen islands of similar span, typically suspended 700-900mm above the worktop or table surface depending on ceiling height. The fitting takes ten E14 SES (small Edison screw) bulbs, rated up to 40W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users choose LED candle bulbs in the 4-6W range and 2700K-3000K colour temperature to reduce heat output and energy consumption while maintaining warm light.

What length table or island does this suit?

The 80cm length of the Maris works best above tables or islands between 1.6m and 2.4m long. For longer spans, two Maris fittings can be installed in sequence, or a longer island chandelier from the same range may be more appropriate.

How is the fitting cleaned?

Switch off at the mains before cleaning. Use a dry microfibre cloth to wipe the chrome frame and individual crystal elements. What ceiling fixing is needed?
