Description

These LYYT crimp connectors give you a simple way to join single colour LED tape to a DC power supply. Each one attaches to 8mm IP20 COB tape and terminates in a 2.1mm female DC connector, so you can wire straight into a standard DC PSU without any awkward workarounds. The pack contains five connectors, which is handy when you are running several tape sections across a project.

What we like about these is that you do not need special tools or soldering. You just slide the tape into the connector and use a pair of pliers to crimp it down, making a solid connection in seconds. That makes them a sensible choice if you are new to LED tape work, or if you simply want to save time on the bench. Each connector has a 25cm lead, giving you room to reach your power supply without extra extension.

The connectors are rated to a maximum current of 5A and are built for 8mm IP20 COB tape specifically.
