Description

These crimp connectors give you a simple way to join single colour LED tape to a DC power supply without soldering or special tools. Each one attaches to 10mm IP20 COB tape and terminates in a 2.1mm female DC connector, so you can wire your tape straight into a compatible PSU (power supply unit).

Fitting them is straightforward. Slide the LED tape into the connector, then use a pair of pliers to crimp it down and make the connection. That is all there is to it. This no fuss approach saves you time and avoids the mess of soldering, which makes it handy for both quick installs and jobs where you would rather not run a soldering iron near the tape.

This pack contains five connectors, each with a 25cm lead. They handle up to 5A of current, which suits most single colour COB tape runs. Note that these are made for IP20 (non waterproof) COB tape, so they are best kept to indoor, dry locations. If you are running colour changing tape or a different tape width you will need a matching connector instead.
