Description

This is our Citronic retro-style guitar lead, a nylon-braid-covered cable for guitars, instruments and general audio use on unbalanced signals. The braided outer keeps the cable tidy and adds a layer of protection, while the retro colour options give it a look that suits both stage and studio.

Inside, the lead uses pure copper conductors with cotton reinforcement for strength, so it holds up to regular handling and coiling. The outer jacket is a soft-grip, rubberised finish that resists tangling and feels comfortable to move around. Connections are machine-soldered for consistency, and the ends fit with professional die-cast 6.3mm mono jack plugs (known as a 1/4 inch jack in the US). Both ends are straight plugs, which suits most guitar and amplifier inputs.

We supply this lead in 3.0m and 6.0m lengths, so you can pick the run that fits your setup. The cable measures 6.6mm in diameter and carries a 13-strand, 0.12mm pure copper conductor. It works as a signal lead between a guitar and amp, or between instruments and audio equipment where an unbalanced mono connection is needed. The black and white colourway shown here keeps things simple, and the braided finish means it stays neat when packed away between sessions.
