Description

We made this Citronic guitar lead for players who want a reliable connection with a bit of retro character. The nylon braid covering gives the cable a classic look while adding a layer of protection to the wiring inside. It runs 3m long and carries an unbalanced mono signal between your guitar, instrument or audio gear and your amp.

One end has a 6.3mm right-angled mono jack plug (1/4 inch in US terms) and the other a straight 6.3mm mono jack. The right-angle plug sits flat against the instrument, which keeps the connection out of the way and reduces strain where the lead meets the socket. Both plugs are die-cast for a solid feel and the connections are machine-soldered for consistency.

Inside, the lead uses pure copper conductors with cotton reinforcement, so it stays flexible without kinking. The braided outer jacket is anti-tangle and soft to grip, and the cable measures 6.6mm across. The conductors are made from 13 strands of 0.12mm pure copper. This blue and black version is one of several colours in the range, so you can pick the one that suits your setup.
