Description
The Citronic CMC-18 is a fully featured audio mixer with mono input channels, two stereo line inputs, a stereo Aux input and a further minijack stereo input. Each mono mic/line channel has a combo XLR/jack input with +48V phantom power that switches in pairs for the XLR inputs. Each channel gives you a Gain control for matching the input source and a low-cut switch to filter out rumble or handling noise from microphones.
Every mono channel carries High/Mid/Low EQ controls, an Aux out level, an FX level, a Pan control and a 60mm channel fader. The onboard foot-switchable DSP effects engine holds 99 presets for delay, reverb and modulation, each adjustable using two parameter controls. A built-in Bluetooth receiver has an illuminated pairing button and its own independent volume control, so you can bring in wireless audio without upsetting your channel levels.
The USB type-A port on the top panel plays audio files, records the main outputs to a USB storage device, or works as an external audio device (soundcard) when connected to a laptop. Main output runs through left and right XLR, alongside 6.3mm monitor and headphone outputs plus the Aux send and stereo return loop. It suits live sound engineers, project studios and entertainment venue installations. Note that fader (US: slider) terminology is common across mixing desks.
