Description

This is a retro-style guitar, instrument or audio lead built for unbalanced signals. The cable is wrapped in an anti-tangle nylon braid that adds protection to the wire inside, and it carries a soft-grip rubberised jacket to keep handling comfortable and cut down on twists. We offer it in black and red to suit a classic look on stage or in the studio.

Inside, the lead uses pure copper conductors with cotton reinforcement, and the connections are machine-soldered for a reliable join. Each end is fitted with a professional die-cast 6.3mm mono jack plug (called a 1/4-inch jack in the US), with one straight plug and one right-angled plug. That combination works well when you want a low profile at the instrument and an easy run to your amp or mixer.

The cable measures 6.6mm in diameter, and the conductor is made from 13 strands of 0.12mm pure copper.
