Description

This is a retro-style guitar lead built for instrument and audio use with unbalanced signals. It is covered in an anti-tangle nylon braid that adds a layer of protection to the cable inside, and the braiding helps keep the lead from knotting up in your bag or across the floor. One end has a straight 6.3mm mono jack plug (also called a 1/4-inch jack in the US) and the other has a right angled 6.3mm mono jack, which sits neatly against the body of a guitar or the panel of an amp.

Inside the braid you get pure copper conductors, each made from 13 strands at 0.12mm diameter, with cotton reinforcement for strength. The overall cable diameter is 6.6mm, and it is wrapped in a soft-grip, rubberised jacket that stays flexible and resists tangling. The die-cast jack plugs are machine-soldered for consistent connections, so you can rely on the same performance lead after lead.

The lead comes in two lengths, 3.0m and 6.0m, so you can pick the run that suits your stage or studio setup. Retro-style colour options let you match the braid to your gear or just choose something you like the look of. It works well as a guitar lead, an instrument lead or a general audio patch cable wherever you need a mono 6.3mm connection at both ends.
