Description

This Citronic guitar lead uses a retro-style nylon braid over the cable, giving you an instrument or audio lead for unbalanced signals. The braiding is anti-tangle, so it stays tidy on stage or in the studio and adds a layer of protection for the cable running inside. It comes in a grey and gold finish and measures 3m, which suits most playing positions between your guitar and amp.

Inside, the cable is built with pure copper conductors and cotton reinforcement, wrapped in a soft-grip, rubberised jacket that keeps the lead flexible and easy to coil. Each end is fitted with a professional die-cast 6.3mm (1/4 inch) straight mono jack plug, and the connections are machine-soldered for a reliable, repeatable join. The mono jack plug is sometimes called a phone plug in US terms, so the same lead works with the standard input on guitars, basses and much studio gear.

The conductor is made from 13 strands of 0.12mm diameter pure copper, and the finished cable has a diameter of 6.6mm. That gives you a lead that handles everyday use without feeling stiff or fragile.
