Description

The Adastra BH8-B is a pair of 2-way background speakers built for indoor or outdoor use. Each cabinet holds an extended low frequency driver and a dome tweeter, giving full-range sound across music and voice. The moulded cabinets are designed to run efficiently, and the IP44 weather rating means they cope with rain and damp when fitted outside, so you can use one set across a covered patio, a shop floor or a reception area.

Connection is made through spring terminals fitted with a protective cover, which keeps the contacts tidy and shielded once the speaker wire is in place. Both speakers run at 8 Ohms, and the 120 degree dispersion angle spreads sound over a wide area, useful for background music and public address (PA) work where you want even coverage rather than a tight beam. Supplied as a pair, the BH8-B suits jobs where you need matched left and right output from a single order.

Every speaker comes with a wall mounting bracket that adjusts laterally and sets to a range of tilt positions, so you can pan and angle each unit towards the listening area. This lets you aim the sound down onto a seating zone or across a walkway without extra hardware. The black finish keeps the speakers low key against most walls, and the compact moulded housing makes them straightforward to fit in commercial spaces or around the home.
