The Olo wall sconce combines a circular ribbed glass disc with a platinum-finish metal bezel, housing an integrated 6W LED module that delivers 380-438 lumens depending on colour temperature selection. The ribbed glass front refracts the LED light into soft radial patterns across the wall surface, providing both ambient illumination and a decorative effect when the light is on.

Designed for circulation spaces where compact wall lighting is needed without floor or surface space, the fitting suits hallways, staircases, landings, corridors and en-suite bathrooms. The IP20 rating limits use to internal dry zones only. The 120° beam angle spreads light evenly across adjacent walls rather than concentrating it in a narrow spot, making it well-suited to corridor lighting where even distribution matters more than high-intensity output.

The circular form measures approximately 100mm in diameter with a shallow 50-60mm projection from the wall, making it suitable for narrow hallways where deeper wall lights would intrude into the walking space. The platinum finish on the metal bezel sits between brushed chrome and polished nickel in tone, offering a neutral metallic accent that pairs with both warm and cool interior palettes. Is this light dimmable?

No. The integrated 6W LED module is not compatible with dimmer switches and must be operated on standard 230V mains switching only.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

The IP20 rating limits use to dry internal zones only. For bathrooms, it can be installed outside zones 0, 1 and 2 (typically 600mm+ away from taps, showers and baths). It cannot be used above or near wet areas.

What colour temperature should I choose?

2700K provides warm white light similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, 3000K offers neutral warm white that suits most residential interiors, and 4000K gives cooler daylight-toned white often used in contemporary or commercial settings. Choose based on the existing lighting in adjacent rooms.

How is the ribbed glass cleaned?

Wipe the glass with a dry microfibre cloth when the light is off and cool. For stubborn marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the fitting, as liquid can enter the bezel and damage the LED module.
