Description

The Regatta is an 8W LED wall sconce built around a spiralling brass disc with a hammered texture that diffuses warm 3000K light outward and downward. The integrated LED delivers 900 lumens through the textured brass, creating concentric rings of light and shadow on the adjacent wall. A brass stem extends from the wall fixing to support the circular shade.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas where accent lighting or ambient wash light is needed, the wall light provides both decorative presence and functional illumination. The 120-degree beam angle spreads light across a wide arc, making it suitable for corridor lighting or flanking mirrors and artwork. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations only.

The hammered brass finish shows intentional surface texture that catches and reflects light differently across the disc, giving depth to the spiral pattern when the fitting is switched on. The brass develops a natural patina over time unless polished. The combined metal construction and LED driver give the fitting a 1.2kg approximate weight, requiring secure fixing to the wall substrate. The LED is non-dimmable and rated for 80 CRI colour rendering.

Is this wall light dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and operates at fixed 8W output when switched on.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

The IP20 rating means it is not protected against moisture ingress and must only be installed in dry indoor locations. It is not suitable for bathrooms unless positioned well away from water sources and outside designated bathroom zones.

What colour is the light output?

The LED produces warm white light at 3000K colour temperature, comparable to halogen bulbs and suitable for residential interiors where a warm ambient tone is preferred.

Does the brass finish tarnish?

Brass develops a natural patina over time through oxidation. This is a characteristic of the material and can be retained for an aged appearance or polished back to bright brass using metal polish if preferred.
