Description
The Perlamour is a 20W LED wall sconce built around an elongated pill-shaped diffuser set within a brushed brass aluminium frame. The integrated LED module produces between 1182 and 1368 lumens depending on colour temperature selection, with options at 2700K, 3000K or 4000K. The frosted diffuser softens the LED output into an even wash of light across the vertical surface, making the light itself visible as a gentle glow rather than a bright point source.
Designed for residential hallways, landings, bedrooms and living room accent walls, the fitting mounts directly to the wall with the oval frame sitting flush against the surface. The elongated vertical orientation suits narrow wall sections between doorways or alongside artwork where a horizontal fitting would be too wide. The IP20 rating restricts installation to dry indoor locations only. The 120-degree beam angle casts light both up and down the wall, creating a soft ambient effect rather than task lighting.
The brass finish on the aluminium frame provides a warm metallic accent that works in both traditional and contemporary interiors, pairing particularly well with warm whites, creams and mid-tone greys. The frosted diffuser conceals the LED board behind it, so when unlit the fitting presents as a smooth frosted panel within the brass surround. The non-dimmable driver is integrated into the fitting, so no external control gear is required beyond the standard on/off wall switch.

Frequently Asked
What colour temperature should I choose?
2700K produces a warm white similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, 3000K is a neutral warm white commonly used in hospitality settings, and 4000K is a cooler white suited to bathrooms and utility spaces. For hallways and bedrooms, 2700K or 3000K is typically preferred.
Is this dimmable?
No. The integrated LED driver is non-dimmable. The light is controlled by a standard on/off wall switch only.
Can this be used in a bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture ingress and must only be installed in dry indoor locations. For bathroom use, an IP44 or IP65 rated fitting is required.
How is it mounted to the wall?
The fitting mounts directly to the wall via a back plate with fixing points concealed behind the brass frame. Standard UK wiring connects to the mains supply behind the wall, and the oval frame covers the connection once installed.
