Description

The Villena Glass Taper Candlestick is a coloured glass holder built from a stack of graduated spheres that widen towards a broad, flat foot. The bubble-form stem gives it a playful, retro look, while the tapered cup at the top is sized for a standard dinner candle. Made from tinted glass, it catches and softens the light from the flame above it.

The range comes in two colourways, a warm amber and a muted olive, so you can pick a shade that sits with your palette or set the two together for a layered tablescape. At 30cm tall it works well as a centrepiece on a dining table, a mantel or a shelf, and a pair either side of a mirror looks tidy without crowding the space. Group a few at different heights for a relaxed dinner-party look.

Each candlestick is made from moulded glass with a smooth, glossy finish and a weighted base for stability. The cup takes a taper or dinner candle. Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid abrasive cleaners, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim wicks and keep the holder away from draughts to reduce dripping.
