Description

The Trevi console table brings together two natural materials in a considered way. A travertine top sits above four rounded columns of solid mango wood, the pale stone contrasting against the deep, dark timber. The oval top has a softly rounded edge that follows the curve of the legs beneath, giving the whole piece a grounded, sculptural look.

Travertine is a natural stone, so every top carries its own pattern of pitting and tonal variation across the surface. The mango wood legs are turned into full cylinders and finished in a warm dark brown, with the grain and small knots left visible. Grouped in clusters at each end, the four columns support the stone while keeping the base open and light on the eye.

At 1290mm wide and just 360mm deep, it works well against a wall in a hallway, behind a sofa in the living room or as a display surface in a dining room. Use it for a lamp and a stack of books, or dress it with a bowl and a few framed pieces. The height of 760mm suits it to most spaces where you want a surface at standing level.

Frequently Asked

Is the travertine top sealed?

Travertine is a porous natural stone, so we recommend using a stone sealer and wiping up spills promptly to avoid staining, particularly from wine, oil or citrus.

How do I clean the stone top?

Wipe with a soft damp cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic or abrasive products, as these can etch and dull the travertine surface.

Will each table look the same?

No. Travertine forms naturally, so the pitting, veining and tone vary from piece to piece, making each top individual.

What wood are the legs made from?

The four cylindrical legs are solid mango wood in a dark brown finish, with the natural grain and occasional knots left visible.

Where does this console table work best?

Its slim 360mm depth suits a hallway, behind a sofa in the living room or against a wall in a dining room for displaying lamps and decor.
