Description

The Travi wall light pairs a round white Volakas marble backplate with a warm brass arm and fitting, topped by a clear glass shade. Each marble base carries its own soft grey veining, so no two lights look exactly alike. The clear glass cylinder keeps the filament bulb on show, giving a bright, open look that suits both traditional and more modern rooms.

The brass arm holds the shade forward from the wall, casting light across the room and downward for a warm glow. It works well in pairs either side of a bed or mirror, or on its own along a hallway or beside a reading spot. The marble adds weight and a natural feel that balances the polished brass tone.

Fitted with an E14 bulb holder, the Travi takes a small filament bulb that suits the clear shade. The mix of stone, steel and glass makes it a solid choice where you want a little luxury without a heavy fixture. Wall mounted and hard wired, it needs fixing to a suitable wall by a qualified electrician.

What is the backplate made from?

The round backplate is white Volakas marble, a natural stone with soft grey veining. Each piece varies slightly, so your light will have its own pattern.

What bulb does it take?

It uses an E14 small screw bulb. A clear filament bulb works best as the glass shade leaves the bulb fully on show.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the marble and brass with a soft dry cloth. Clean the glass shade with a slightly damp cloth and buff dry. Avoid harsh cleaners on the stone.

Can I fit two side by side?

Yes. The Travi looks good in pairs either side of a bed, mirror or fireplace, and works equally well on its own.

Does it need an electrician to fit?

Yes. It is hard wired and should be fixed to a suitable wall and connected by a qualified electrician.
