Description

The Flarity ceiling mount component connects track lighting systems to standard UK ceiling roses, finished in brushed brass over an aluminium body. The cylindrical body houses the electrical connection and rotates 180° on its vertical axis, allowing the track bar to be angled left or right after installation. The ceiling plate measures approximately 100mm in diameter and conceals the wiring connection behind the fitting.

Designed for use with 's modular track lighting systems, this component acts as the fixed anchor point between the ceiling electrical supply and the track bar where individual spotlights slide and lock. The brushed brass finish pairs with 's brass track bars and spotlight heads to create a cohesive system, working in kitchens, living rooms, retail spaces and galleries where flexible directional lighting is needed. The component fits standard UK ceiling roses with minimal projection from the ceiling once fitted.

The aluminium construction keeps the weight low while maintaining structural rigidity under the combined load of track bar and multiple spotlight heads. The brushed brass finish is applied over the aluminium base, giving a warm metallic tone that sits comfortably in both contemporary and transitional interiors. The component does not include dimming capability - dimming must be controlled at the circuit level via a compatible wall dimmer if required.

This ceiling mount is designed for use with 's TRA series track lighting systems. It connects standard UK ceiling roses to track bars and is not compatible with other brands' track systems due to differing connection profiles and electrical configurations.

Can the track bar rotate once installed?

Yes. The cylindrical body rotates 180° on its vertical axis after installation, allowing the track bar to be angled left or right without rewiring. This is useful when adjusting the track layout to suit room changes or furniture repositioning.

Does this component include dimming?

No. Dimming must be controlled at the circuit level using a compatible wall dimmer. The component itself does not contain dimming electronics, so the entire track system will dim or brighten together when a circuit dimmer is used.

What is the ceiling projection?

The combined projection from ceiling plate to the base of the cylindrical body is approximately 150mm, though this varies slightly depending on the depth of the ceiling rose and wiring connections behind the plate. The track bar adds further projection depending on its profile.
