Description

The Flarity is a brass-finished track pendant adaptor that converts a standard single-circuit track lighting rail into a suspension point for pendant lights. The cylindrical brass body houses a track connector at the top and a pendant cable exit at the base, allowing a pendant to hang from the track without requiring a ceiling rose.

Designed for track lighting installations in kitchens, retail spaces, galleries and hospitality settings where pendant lights need to be repositioned or grouped along a track run. The adaptor slides into the track channel and locks in place with a quarter-turn mechanism, allowing the pendant position to be adjusted without re-wiring. The brass finish coordinates with warm-metal track systems and complements brass or gold-finished pendant lights.

The aluminium body is finished in a polished brass tone that matches 's brass track rail components. The adaptor measures approximately 50mm in diameter and 80mm in height from the track surface to the cable exit point. The pendant cable threads through the central channel and connects to the track circuit inside the body, with the weight of the pendant supported by the track structure rather than the electrical connection.

This adaptor fits standard single-circuit track lighting systems with a compatible channel profile. It is designed to work with track components but may fit other brands with the same track geometry - confirm dimensions before ordering if pairing with non- track.

Can it be repositioned once installed?

Yes. The adaptor uses a quarter-turn locking mechanism that allows it to be unlocked, slid along the track to a new position, and re-locked without disconnecting the pendant cable or switching off the circuit.

What weight can it support?

The weight capacity depends on the track rail specification rather than the adaptor itself. Most residential track systems support pendants up to 3-5kg per adaptor. Check the track manufacturer's load rating before hanging heavy glass or multi-bulb pendants.

Is the brass finish lacquered?

The brass finish is typically lacquered to prevent tarnishing, but over time exposure to heat from the track circuit may cause some colour shift. This is normal for brass-finished track components in regular use.
