Description

The Flarity is a track system pendant suspension adaptor in matt black aluminium, designed to convert a track spotlight or head into a suspended pendant fitting on a rail system. The adaptor clips into standard single-circuit track, while a cable suspension drops the light fitting below ceiling height, allowing track-mounted heads to be positioned over worktops, dining tables or bar counters.

Intended for use in kitchens, hospitality spaces and retail environments where track lighting is already installed but lower pendant positioning is needed, the suspension extends the functional range of track systems beyond wall-washing and directional accent work. The cable drop length can be adjusted during installation to suit ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.5m, with the light head typically positioned 600-900mm above a surface depending on the application.

The matt black aluminium finish matches most track rail finishes and pairs with both traditional and contemporary interiors. The adaptor accepts track heads and is compatible with other track systems using standard single-circuit connectors. The non-dimmable specification applies to the mechanical adaptor itself - dimming capability depends on the bulb and track head attached to the suspension.

The cable length is set during installation and is not easily adjusted once the adaptor is clipped into the track and the head is wired. If you need to change the drop length after fitting, the adaptor will need to be removed from the track and the cable re-cut.
