Description

The Tenity L-corner connector joins two track lighting rails at a 90° corner, maintaining electrical continuity through the turn. The component consists of a matt black extruded aluminium profile shaped to accept standard track rail on both open ends, with internal copper conductors that bridge the corner joint without external wiring.

Designed for residential and commercial track lighting installations where layouts need to follow room perimeters, turn corners around kitchen islands, or create rectangular or L-shaped configurations. The connector works with 's modular track system, allowing track runs to be extended along two adjacent walls or ceiling planes without breaking the circuit. Track heads and pendants remain moveable through the corner section once the connector is installed.

The matt black powder-coated finish matches 's track rail and fitting finishes, creating a continuous visual line through corner turns. The aluminium body includes a recessed channel on the underside for optional LED strip installation, allowing the track itself to provide ambient wash lighting in addition to supporting spotlights and pendant fittings. The connector profile measures approximately 90mm along each arm from the corner apex.

Is this compatible with other track brands?

The connector is designed specifically for track rail profiles. Track systems from different manufacturers typically use proprietary profile shapes and conductor spacing, so cross-brand compatibility is unlikely. Check the track rail model before ordering.

Can track heads move through the corner?

Track heads and pendant adaptors remain moveable along the straight rail sections but cannot physically move around the 90° corner itself. Position heads before or after the corner connector as needed for your lighting layout.

Does it maintain electrical continuity?

Yes. Internal copper conductors bridge the corner joint, maintaining live, neutral and earth continuity through the turn. No external wiring is needed between the two rail sections once the connector is installed.

Can LED strip be added to the recessed channel?

The underside includes a recessed channel sized for standard LED strip tape. This allows the track itself to provide ambient wash lighting in addition to supporting directional spotlights and pendants. LED strip is not included and must be purchased separately.
