Description

This track luminaire is a 30W integrated LED spotlight with a cylindrical white aluminium housing that clips onto standard single-circuit track systems. The LED module delivers 2250 lumens through a 38° beam angle reflector, and the colour temperature can be switched between 2700K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 5000K daylight white via a selector on the lamp head before installation.

Designed for retail displays, gallery accent lighting, kitchen task lighting and commercial interiors, the luminaire rotates 350° on the track mount and tilts up to 90° from horizontal, allowing light to be aimed at wall art, product displays or worksurfaces without re-positioning the track itself. The 38° beam angle concentrates light into a defined pool rather than spreading it across a wide area, making it effective for highlighting specific objects or zones within a larger room.

The white aluminium body measures approximately 130mm long by 80mm diameter and weighs around 400g, giving it enough presence to sit visibly on the track without looking oversized in residential ceiling heights. The 90 CRI rating ensures colours under the beam render accurately, which matters for retail clothing displays, food presentation and artwork. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only - bathrooms, kitchens near splashbacks and outdoor canopies are not suitable.

The luminaire is not dimmable and operates on 220-240V AC mains. It clips directly onto compatible track without requiring additional adaptors, assuming the track system uses the standard single-circuit profile common across most European and UK track lighting installations.

How is the colour temperature changed?

A selector switch on the lamp head allows you to choose between 2700K, 4000K and 5000K before installation. The colour temperature cannot be changed once the luminaire is live on the track - you must switch it off, adjust the selector, and power it back on.

What track systems is it compatible with?

The luminaire fits standard single-circuit track profiles common in European and UK installations. If you have an existing track system, check the profile against the specification or contact us to confirm compatibility before ordering.

Can it be dimmed?

No. The integrated LED is not dimmable and will not work with dimmer switches or dimmable track systems. Attempting to dim it may cause flicker or failure.

What is the beam angle suited for?

The 38° beam concentrates light into a defined pool, making it effective for accent lighting on artwork, product displays and task zones. For broader wash lighting across a wall or larger area, consider a wider beam angle luminaire or position multiple units along the track.
