Description

The Points rot is a 12W LED track light in a white aluminium housing, designed to sit flush within a compatible track rail system. The integrated LED delivers focused light through a 36° beam angle, providing directional accent lighting for retail displays, gallery walls, kitchen worktops and feature lighting in residential and commercial interiors. The fitting operates on 48V AC, typically supplied through a track rail with built-in transformer.

The recessed profile means the light sits nearly flush with the track rail once installed, minimising visual clutter on ceilings while maintaining the flexibility to reposition fittings along the rail as needed. The 12W output and 36° beam make this suitable for highlighting specific objects or surfaces from 1.5-3m mounting heights. The white finish on the aluminium body blends into white or light-toned ceilings, or can be paired with contrasting track rails for a more defined architectural line.

The fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer on the track system, allowing output to be adjusted for different times of day or to reduce glare on reflective surfaces. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor environments only. The aluminium construction dissipates heat efficiently, contributing to the longevity of the integrated LED. Each fitting can be rotated and angled within the track to direct light precisely where it is needed.

The Points rot is designed for the track rail system operating at 48V AC. It will not fit standard 230V mains track rails or rails from other manufacturers without adapters. Check compatibility with your existing track system before ordering.

Is this dimmable?

Yes, the integrated LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer installed on the track system. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific track rail and transformer in use.

What beam angle does it provide?
