Points 12W Track Light Module - White

The Points is a 12W LED track light module designed to mount onto 48V AC track systems. The white aluminium housing contains twelve individual 1W LED emitters set in circular apertures along a 600mm linear bar, providing a combined output directed at a 36° beam angle. The module is dimmable when paired with a compatible 48V track dimmer.

Designed for retail display lighting, gallery walls, kitchen worktop illumination and commercial spaces where adjustable directional lighting is needed, the track module clips into standard 48V magnetic track rails. Once mounted, the entire unit can be repositioned along the track without tools, and the bar itself can be angled to direct light where it's needed. The 48V low-voltage track system separates the mains conversion into a remote driver, keeping high voltage away from the track itself.

The white powder-coated aluminium finish matches white ceiling tracks and blends into white or light-coloured ceilings, making the module less visually prominent than black or metallic alternatives when not lit. The twelve emitters provide more even light distribution along the bar's length compared to single-source track heads, reducing shadows when lighting long surfaces or multiple display points. The IP20 rating confirms suitability for dry indoor environments only.

Each LED emitter sits behind a frosted polycarbonate diffuser that softens the beam edge and reduces glare when viewed from the side. The 36° beam angle sits between spot and flood classification, offering enough focus to highlight objects without creating hard shadow lines. The module weighs approximately 800g and requires a 48V AC magnetic track system with appropriate power capacity to operate.

What track system does this fit?

This module is designed for 48V AC magnetic track systems. It will not fit standard mains-voltage single-circuit track or three-circuit track rails. Confirm your track system operates at 48V AC before ordering.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, the module is dimmable when used with a compatible 48V track dimmer. The dimmer must be installed on the track system's power supply side, not on the module itself.

What's the light output and colour temperature?

Can it be used in bathrooms or outdoors?

No. The IP20 rating confirms this module is suitable for dry indoor environments only. It lacks the ingress protection needed for bathrooms, kitchens with heavy steam, or any outdoor installation.
