Description

The Lens is a track-mounted spotlight with a cylindrical black aluminium head housing a 15W integrated LED that delivers 770 lumens of 3000K warm white light. The light head rotates and tilts on the track mount, allowing the 70° beam angle to be directed at walls, displays, or ceiling surfaces depending on the room layout.

Designed for installation on 48V DC track systems, the Lens suits retail displays, gallery walls, kitchen worktops, and living spaces where accent or task lighting is needed without fixed ceiling fittings. The track mount allows multiple heads to be positioned along the same track run and repositioned without rewiring. The 90 CRI rating renders colours accurately under the light, making the fitting suitable for areas where colour matching matters - art walls, clothing displays, food preparation surfaces.

The black aluminium body provides a textured matt finish that minimises reflections and pairs cleanly with black, white, grey and natural wood interiors. The cylindrical form factor measures approximately 100mm diameter, giving a substantial presence without overwhelming the track it mounts to. The LED is non-dimmable and rated IP20, making it suitable for indoor dry locations only. The 48V track system operates on a separate driver (sold separately) that converts mains voltage to low-voltage DC for the track circuit.

What track system does this fit?

The Lens mounts to 48V DC track systems. It will not fit standard 240V mains track or magnetic track systems. The track and driver are sold separately - contact us if you need guidance on compatible track.

Is the light head adjustable once installed?

Yes. The head rotates 360° on the track mount and tilts to direct the 70° beam angle at walls, surfaces or upwards onto ceilings. The head can be repositioned along the track by loosening the mount clip.

Is it dimmable?

No. The integrated 15W LED is non-dimmable. If dimming is needed, check with us for alternative track heads that support dimmer compatibility on 48V track systems.

What is the 90 CRI rating?

CRI (Colour Rendering Index) measures how accurately colours appear under the light compared to natural daylight. A 90 CRI rating means the Lens renders colours faithfully, making it suitable for art displays, retail clothing, and food preparation areas where accurate colour matters.
