Description

The Points is a recessed track light fitting housing a 24W integrated LED behind a black aluminium body. The fitting runs on 48V AC low-voltage track systems and delivers a 36° beam angle, directing light downward from the track with a controlled spread suitable for accent lighting, retail display and gallery wall illumination.

Designed for commercial track installations in shops, showrooms, galleries and residential track systems where multiple fittings are controlled from a single circuit, the unit mounts into compatible three-circuit or single-circuit track and can be repositioned along the track length without re-wiring. The dimmable LED output allows light levels to be adjusted to suit time of day, product displays or ambient requirements. The 48V low-voltage specification means the track itself carries reduced voltage, improving safety in public-access environments compared to mains-voltage track.

The black aluminium housing measures approximately 1.2m in length and dissipates LED heat through the body without requiring visible cooling fins. The recessed LED array sits within the housing so no exposed bulb or lens protrudes below the track profile, giving a clean sightline when viewed from below. The 36° beam angle falls between narrow spot (15-25°) and wide flood (60°+), making the fitting suitable for accent lighting on vertical surfaces at distances of 2-4m. The IP20 rating confirms indoor-only use.
