Description

This track luminaire houses a 12W integrated LED delivering 760 lumens of 2700K warm white light through a 36° beam angle. The fitting clips onto a 48V AC track rail, allowing it to be repositioned along the track without re-wiring. The matt black aluminium housing measures approximately 90mm wide by 50mm high, with the optics recessed behind a black anti-glare baffle.

Designed for retail, gallery, hospitality and residential interiors where accent lighting is needed on artwork, product displays, architectural features or worktops, the 36° beam provides a defined pool of light rather than a wide wash. Multiple luminaires can be spaced along a single track run to create layered lighting across a wall or counter. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor environments only.

The aluminium body dissipates LED heat without active cooling or visible vents, keeping the exterior temperature low during operation. The 2700K colour temperature produces a warm white light comparable to halogen and traditional incandescent bulbs, with a CRI of 90 ensuring accurate colour rendering. The luminaire is not dimmable and operates on dedicated 48V AC track systems only, not standard UK mains track.

Does this work on standard UK mains track?

No. This luminaire operates on 48V AC track systems only. It will not fit or function on standard 230V mains single-circuit track. The track system must be a compatible 48V or low-voltage AC track with a separate transformer or driver.

Can the luminaire be repositioned after installation?

Yes. The fitting clips onto the track rail and can be slid along the track run or removed and repositioned without electrical work, provided the track circuit remains powered off during adjustment.

What is the beam angle used for?

The 36° beam angle provides a focused pool of light rather than a wide flood. This makes it suitable for accent lighting on artwork, retail displays, architectural details or kitchen worktops where directed light is needed rather than general room illumination.

Is this dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not dimmable. The light output remains fixed at 760 lumens during operation.
