Description

The Tenity 2m track rail is a single-circuit aluminium track system finished in matt black, designed to accept compatible track spotlight heads along its length. The rail itself carries no light source - it provides the electrical conductor and mounting system for separately purchased spotlight heads. The track uses a recessed mounting bracket system that sits flush to the ceiling once installed, with the visible track profile measuring approximately 30mm wide.

Designed for kitchens, galleries, retail spaces and living areas where directed accent lighting is needed on multiple zones or objects, the track allows spotlights to be positioned, repositioned and adjusted without rewiring. Each spotlight head clips into the track via a rotating adapter that locks onto the internal conductor rail. The 2m length can be cut to size on site if a shorter run is needed, or joined end-to-end with compatible connectors to create longer configurations.

The matt black aluminium extrusion provides a low-profile appearance on white and light-toned ceilings, while matching black spotlight heads create a cohesive system. The single-circuit design means all connected spotlights operate on a single switch - multi-circuit control requires multiple separate tracks. The track is rated for mains voltage spotlight heads up to the total circuit capacity, with the exact loading dependent on the number and wattage of connected heads.

Can the track be cut to length?

Yes. The 2m aluminium track can be cut to a shorter length on site using a hacksaw or metal-cutting saw, allowing it to fit spaces under 2m without ordering a custom size.

How many spotlights can it hold?

The number depends on the wattage of each spotlight head and the total circuit capacity. Typical residential circuits allow 6-8 LED spotlight heads of 7-10W each on a single 2m track, but check the total load against your circuit rating before installation.

Is it compatible with other brands' track heads?
