Description

The Flarity is a 2-metre surface-mounted pendant track in black aluminium, designed as the foundation rail for a 24V DC modular track lighting system. The track mounts directly to ceilings or beams via integral fixing points along its length, with the black textured finish providing a low-profile mounting solution that recedes visually against dark ceilings.

Designed for residential and commercial spaces requiring flexible, reconfigurable lighting, the track accepts 's range of track-mounted spotlights, pendant adapters and suspension kits. The 2m length suits kitchen islands, gallery walls, retail display runs and office desk zones where multiple light sources need to share a single electrical connection point. The 24V DC system allows for safer installation in close-proximity environments compared to mains-voltage track systems.

The aluminium extrusion carries the electrical conductors within a recessed channel, with the track profile measuring approximately 28mm wide by 20mm deep. The black powder-coated finish resists fingerprints and provides consistent colour across the full 2m run. IP20 rating limits this track to dry indoor environments - it is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor canopies or areas subject to moisture ingress.

Track fittings slide into the channel and lock via a twist-and-secure mechanism, allowing spotlights or pendants to be repositioned along the rail without re-wiring. The system requires a compatible 24V DC transformer (sold separately) to convert mains voltage to the low-voltage track supply.

The Flarity accepts 's range of 24V DC track-mounted spotlights, pendant adapters and suspension kits. Fittings from other manufacturers may not be mechanically or electrically compatible - check with Niori before mixing systems.

Does the track come with a transformer?

No. The track requires a separate 24V DC transformer to convert mains voltage to the low-voltage supply. The transformer must be sized to match the total wattage of all fittings mounted on the track.

Can it be installed outdoors or in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating limits this track to dry indoor environments only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor canopies or any area subject to moisture or condensation.

Can multiple tracks be joined end-to-end?

produces joining connectors for linking multiple track sections. The total run length is limited by the transformer's maximum load capacity and voltage drop over distance - consult an electrician for runs longer than 4m.
