Description

The Flarity track lighting pendant adaptor is a black aluminium component that converts a standard track outlet into a pendant drop position on a 24V DC track system. The cylindrical body houses the electrical connection and supports a cable-suspended pendant fitting, allowing track-mounted spotlights to be replaced with hanging lights wherever needed along the track run.

Designed for residential and commercial track systems where lighting flexibility matters, the adaptor suits kitchens, retail spaces, galleries and offices where pendant lights need to be repositioned as layouts change. The pendant cable drops from the base of the adaptor body, typically extending 500-1500mm depending on the fitting attached. Installation requires only inserting the adaptor into the track channel and rotating to lock, with no additional wiring needed.

The black anodised aluminium finish matches most modern track systems and provides a consistent appearance across mixed track components. The cylindrical body measures approximately 100mm in length and 30mm in diameter, sitting flush within the track profile when installed. The IP20 rating confirms the adaptor is suitable for dry indoor environments only.

What track systems is this compatible with?

This adaptor is designed for 24V DC track systems. It will not work with 230V mains-voltage track. Check your existing track system specification before ordering to confirm voltage compatibility.

What pendant fittings can be attached?

Any pendant fitting designed for track mounting with a compatible connector can be attached. The adaptor provides the mechanical support and electrical connection, but the pendant fitting itself must be rated for 24V DC operation.

Can the pendant height be adjusted?

Height adjustment depends on the pendant fitting attached to the adaptor. Some pendant fittings include adjustable cable length, while others are fixed. The adaptor itself does not provide height adjustment.

Is it dimmable?

No. Dimming capability depends on the complete track system setup, including the track power supply, any dimmer modules installed, and the pendant fitting itself. This adaptor does not add dimming functionality.
