Is the Platinum dimmable?

Yes. The integrated 6W LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible LED dimmer. Check that your existing dimmer is rated for LED loads before connecting. Trailing-edge dimmers typically work best with integrated LED lamps.

What colour is the light?

The LED produces 3000K warm white light, which appears as a soft yellow-white tone similar to traditional halogen bulbs. This colour temperature suits residential interiors and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

How bright is 600 lumens?

600 lumens is roughly equivalent to a traditional 50W halogen bulb. It provides enough light for reading on a bedside table or accent lighting on a console table, but is not a primary room light. The dimmable function allows output to be reduced for background ambient glow.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating confirms the lamp is designed for dry indoor locations only. It is not protected against moisture ingress and should not be used in bathrooms, kitchens near sinks, or any location where it may be exposed to water or high humidity.
