Description

The Spirito is a glass dome table lamp built around a transparent dome shade that graduates from mirror chrome at the crown to clear glass at the rim, set on a central chrome pedestal rising from a black marble-effect base. An integrated 13W LED inside the dome produces 1600 lumens at 3000K, casting warm white light downward through the clear lower half of the shade while the mirrored upper section reflects light back into the room.

Designed for bedside tables, console tables in hallways and side tables in living rooms, the lamp provides ambient and task lighting in one fitting. The 120° beam angle spreads light widely enough to illuminate a reading position or work surface without creating harsh shadows. The inline dimmer on the 1.5m cable allows brightness to be adjusted from full output down to a low nightlight level, making the lamp usable as both primary and secondary lighting depending on time of day.

The chrome-to-clear gradient on the glass dome creates a visual effect where the lamp appears solid and reflective from above but reveals the internal LED module when viewed from eye level or below. The black marble-effect base provides ballast and contrasts with the chrome and clear glass above, giving the lamp a 1.2kg presence on the tabletop. The combination of chrome, clear glass and black base pairs with both contemporary and mid-century modern interiors.

The IP20 rating limits the lamp to dry indoor locations. The glass dome is removable for cleaning by lifting it off the chrome pedestal, though care is needed to avoid fingerprints on the mirrored upper section. The energy class F rating reflects the 13W draw relative to light output under current EU energy labelling standards.

Is the Spirito dimmable?

Yes. The lamp includes an inline dimmer on the cable, allowing brightness to be adjusted from full 1600-lumen output down to a low nightlight level. No separate dimmer switch is needed.

Can the glass dome be removed for cleaning?

Yes. The dome lifts off the chrome pedestal for cleaning. Wipe the clear lower section with a damp microfibre cloth and the mirrored upper section with a dry cloth to avoid water marks. Avoid touching the mirrored chrome with bare hands as fingerprints show clearly.

What's the total height of the lamp?

The lamp stands approximately 400mm tall from base to top of dome. The base diameter is approximately 180mm, providing stability on narrow console tables and bedside surfaces.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the lamp is designed for dry indoor locations only and should not be used in bathrooms, kitchens near sinks, or any environment where moisture or splashing is present.
