Description
The Monumento Modern Marble Table Lamp combines a solid black marble base with a slender adjustable metal arm housing an integrated 9W 3000K LED. The arm pivots on a central joint, allowing the light to be directed towards a reading position, across a desk surface, or angled upward as indirect wash light. The LED strip runs along the underside of the arm, producing a linear beam of 200 lumens at a 120° angle.
Designed for desks, bedside tables and side tables where task lighting is needed without a bulky shade, the lamp occupies a compact footprint despite the height provided by the vertical marble block. The pivot joint allows the arm to be angled from near-horizontal to near-vertical, giving flexibility to adapt the light to different tasks throughout the day. The marble base provides sufficient weight to stabilise the lamp when the arm is extended without needing to be bolted down.
The black marble shows natural white veining that differs between individual pieces, as the stone is cut from natural quarried blocks. The metal arm and joint are finished in matt black to match the base, creating a monochrome profile that pairs with contemporary, minimalist and industrial interiors. The integrated LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer, allowing the 200-lumen output to be reduced for ambient use in the evening.

Frequently Asked
Is the LED replaceable?
No. The 9W LED is integrated into the arm and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, which equates to around 10 years of typical domestic use at 6-8 hours per day.
Can the arm be adjusted while the lamp is on?
Yes. The central pivot joint can be repositioned at any time. The joint holds the arm in place by friction, so it stays where you set it without needing to tighten a screw or lock.
Does the marble vary between lamps?
Yes. Each base is cut from natural black marble, so the white veining and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. This is a characteristic of the natural stone, not a defect.
What type of dimmer is needed?
The integrated LED requires a trailing-edge dimmer for smooth dimming without flicker. Standard leading-edge dimmers designed for incandescent bulbs may cause the LED to flicker or hum at low brightness levels.
