Description

The Omaggio fluted ceramic table lamp combines a ribbed cylindrical column base with a matching ribbed drum shade, both formed from beige ceramic. The lamp takes a single G9 bulb up to 28W (sold separately), housed within the ceramic shade that acts as both diffuser and structural element. The vertical fluting runs continuously from the base through to the top of the shade, creating an unified sculptural form.

Designed as accent lighting for bedside tables, console tables and sideboards, the lamp provides ambient glow rather than directed task light. The ceramic construction diffuses light softly through the material while the fluted surface texture adds visual interest when lit and unlit. The 320mm height suits standard bedside tables without overwhelming smaller furniture pieces, while the substantial ceramic build gives stability without needing a weighted base.

The beige ceramic finish sits between warm cream and soft grey, pairing cleanly with neutral interiors, natural linens and warm timber furniture. The fluted ribbing creates subtle shadow lines under daylight and when the lamp is switched off, adding texture to the form. The G9 fitting accepts LED, halogen or capsule bulbs, allowing flexibility to choose the light output and colour temperature that suits the room. How is the ceramic cleaned?

Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth to remove dust. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the ceramic and do not use household sprays or chemical cleaners that may discolour the beige finish.
