Description

The Rafe pendant light takes a single sweeping band of aluminium alloy and coils it into a looping spiral, finished in a soft brushed gold that catches the light without harsh glare. A run of integrated LED sits along the inner face of the ring, so the fitting glows from within rather than relying on a separate bulb. Suspended from three slim cables and a circular ceiling plate, it appears to float in place with plenty of drop to work over a table or open space.

The continuous curve gives the piece a modern, almost sculptural look, and the warm diffused output through the silicone channel keeps the light gentle on the eye. At 570mm across, it fills a generous area, making it a good fit above a dining table, in a living room, or as a focal point in a hallway with a high ceiling.
