The Polka pendant brings a workshop-inspired look to the ceiling, pairing a broad domed shade with a counterweight pulley system. The antique brass finish carries a soft, aged sheen across the shade, the ceiling rose and the teardrop-shaped counterweight, giving the whole fitting a warm, lived-in character. Braided brown flex runs through the pulley and adds to the utilitarian feel.

What sets this design apart is the rise and fall mechanism. A gentle pull lets you raise or lower the shade to suit the setting, whether you want it low over a dining table for focused light or lifted higher to open up the room. The wide dome directs light downward, while cut-outs around the neck let a little glow escape at the top. The interior of the shade is finished to reflect a warm tone back into the space.
