Description
The Opus Organic Form pendant light features a sculptural white body with a rough, textured surface that resembles carved plaster or weathered stone. The asymmetric loop shape frames a central frosted glass sphere that houses a single G9 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately, maximum 28W). Light diffuses through the frosted sphere and reflects off the inner surfaces of the textured white frame, creating both direct illumination and a soft glow around the perimeter of the form.
Designed for dining tables, breakfast bars and kitchen islands, the pendant works best in spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, suspended 700-900mm above the surface below. The organic shape and textured finish suit contemporary interiors, Scandi-minimalist schemes, and Mediterranean or coastal styles where natural forms and tactile surfaces dominate. The white finish pairs cleanly with light-toned timber, pale stone and neutral upholstery.
The metal frame carries a matte white powder-coat finish with a deliberately rough, hand-applied texture that varies slightly across the surface. This is a design feature rather than a manufacturing inconsistency. The pendant weighs approximately 1kg and hangs on a fixed-length cable with a matching white ceiling rose. The G9 fitting accepts standard capsule bulbs in halogen or LED, giving flexibility to choose light temperature and output to suit the room.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does it take?
The pendant takes one G9 capsule bulb up to 28W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this fitting with a warm-white LED G9 capsule between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for ambient dining light, or a higher-output 7-10W bulb for task lighting over a work surface.
Is the textured finish meant to look rough?
Yes. The white powder-coat finish is deliberately applied with a rough, uneven texture to mimic carved plaster or weathered stone. This is a design feature of the range, not a defect.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating means the pendant is not rated for zones in bathrooms or any space where water spray or high humidity is present. It is designed for dry indoor residential spaces only.
What ceiling height is needed?
The pendant works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. For a dining table or kitchen island, the fitting typically hangs 700-900mm above the surface, which requires clearance for head height when people are standing or moving around the table.
