Description

The Basis linear LED pendant is a 1200mm suspended aluminium profile housing an integrated 36W LED strip with a 100° beam angle and 90 CRI colour rendering. The white powder-coated aluminium body sits low-profile at approximately 50mm depth, with suspension wires at each end keeping the fitting horizontal and stable once installed. The LED runs the full length of the body, emitting downward light for task and ambient illumination.

Designed for commercial and residential workspaces including offices, open-plan kitchens with long islands, and studio environments, the fitting delivers uniform light across desks, worktops and meeting tables. The dimmable driver allows output adjustment to suit time of day and task requirements, compatible with most trailing-edge and leading-edge dimmers. The 220-240V AC 50Hz driver is integrated into the body, requiring only mains connection during installation.

The 90 CRI rating preserves colour accuracy under the light, making the fitting suitable for spaces where true colour rendering matters - design studios, product photography setups, retail back-of-house areas, and home offices with colour-critical work. The white finish integrates cleanly into white or light-toned ceilings, reducing visual weight compared to black or metallic finishes.
