Krone Crystal LED Pendant Light 620mm - Brass

The Krone Crystal Ring is an 800mm diameter pendant light built around a single circular brass frame lined with faceted rectangular crystal prisms on both the inner and outer edges. An integrated 36W LED strip runs within the brass ring, casting 2340 lumens of 3000K warm white light through the crystal array and outward into the room at a 180-degree beam angle. The three-wire suspension cables support the ring from a matching brass ceiling canopy.

Designed for dining areas, double-height entrance halls and living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the ring sits horizontally and functions as both a decorative focal point and a primary light source. The 800mm diameter suits dining tables of 1600-2400mm length, kitchen islands of 2000-3000mm, and entrance halls with 3-4m clear floor space below. The suspension cables are adjustable on installation, allowing the ring to be positioned 700-900mm above a table surface or 2000-2400mm above floor level depending on the room configuration.

The faceted crystal prisms are individually mounted onto the brass frame, creating a double row of refractive elements that catch and scatter the LED light into overlapping patterns across ceilings and walls. The brass finish on the metal frame is a mid-tone satin brass rather than polished or antique, reading as a neutral warm metallic that pairs with both traditional brass fixtures and contemporary brushed brass accents. The non-dimmable LED delivers consistent output at 90 CRI, showing fabric, wood and paint colours accurately without the colour shift common in lower-CRI LEDs.

Is this dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is rated at 36W and runs at full output on standard 220-240V mains. It is not compatible with dimmer switches.

What ceiling height is needed?

The suspension cables are adjustable on installation. For dining tables the pendant typically sits 700-900mm above the surface, requiring ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. For entrance halls or living spaces without furniture directly below, the ring can be positioned 2000-2400mm above floor level, working in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards.

What size table does the 800mm diameter suit?

The 800mm ring works well above dining tables of 1600-2400mm length and kitchen islands of 2000-3000mm. For larger tables, consider installing two rings in a line, spaced 1200-1500mm apart.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off at the mains before cleaning. Wipe each crystal prism gently with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or stubborn marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid household glass cleaners, which can leave residue that dulls the crystal over time.
