Description

The Twins 2-light globe pendant pairs two opal white glass spheres on independent adjustable black cables, each housing integrated 10W 3000K LED modules that deliver a combined 1400 lumens. The black ceiling rose connects both cables, allowing the globes to be positioned at different heights to create a staggered or balanced composition depending on the installation space.

Designed for dining areas, kitchen islands and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the pendant works as primary ambient lighting in spaces up to 12-15m². The adjustable cable length on each globe allows one to hang lower as a task light over a table surface while the other sits higher as fill light, or both can be set at the same drop for symmetrical lighting. The wide 180° beam angle from each globe provides omnidirectional light rather than focused downlight.

The opal glass diffuses the LED source evenly, preventing glare and hotspots when viewed from below or the side. The black metal canopy and cable match contemporary, industrial and Scandinavian interiors where black fixtures provide graphic contrast against white ceilings. At 90 CRI the light rendering supports accurate colour perception for food preparation and dining. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor spaces only.

Is this pendant dimmable?

No. The integrated LED modules are non-dimmable and operate at full 1400 lumen output when powered. Pairing with a dimmer switch will cause flickering or may damage the LED driver.

Can the cable lengths be adjusted independently?

Yes. Each globe hangs on its own adjustable black cable from the ceiling rose, allowing you to set different drop heights for a staggered look or match them for symmetry. Adjustment is done during installation.

What room size does 1400 lumens cover?

The combined 1400 lumens suit dining areas, kitchens and entrance halls up to approximately 12-15m² as primary lighting. For larger open-plan spaces this would work as zone lighting over a specific table or island rather than whole-room illumination.
