Description

Our Novi cheese board pairs white marble with warm acacia wood in a rounded paddle shape. The diagonal join between the two materials gives each board its own character, with the natural grain of the wood set against the soft veining of the marble. It is a piece that works as much for display as it does for serving.

The marble surface stays naturally cool, which makes it ideal for keeping cheeses at a good temperature during a gathering. Acacia adds a hardwearing wooden section that is kind to knives, so you have two working areas on a single board. A leather cord loops through the handle, letting you hang the board on a hook or wall rail when it is not in use.

Measuring 330mm long by 250mm wide and 15mm thick, it suits a small cheese selection, antipasti, or a few nibbles for two or three people. Rest it on a kitchen counter, carry it through to the dining table, or leave it out as part of a relaxed spread. The mix of marble and wood makes it a natural fit for both modern and rustic kitchens.
