Description

The Newcombe brings a practical outdoor wall light to your porch, doorway or garden path. The matt black steel bracket holds a ribbed clear glass shade that wraps around an exposed filament bulb, so you get plenty of light while keeping a clean cylindrical shape. The ridged glass catches and scatters the glow, softening the edges without hiding the warm tone of the bulb inside.

Built into the base is a PIR motion sensor, which switches the light on automatically as you approach and off again once the area is clear. That makes it handy for entrances and darker corners where you want light on hand without reaching for a switch. The matt black finish sits well against brick, render and painted walls, and the upright form keeps the footprint small on narrower spaces.

The steel frame and glass shade are made to cope with life outdoors, pairing a modern look with the kind of ribbed detailing that feels familiar and easy to place. Fitted with a single E27 bulb, it works as a standalone light by a door or in pairs either side of an entrance for a balanced finish.
