Description

The Nagoya Cane Back Armchair pairs an ash wood frame with woven cane on the back and sides, giving a light, open look that suits relaxed and traditional rooms alike. A generous seat cushion and a matching lumbar cushion are covered in a soft textured bouclé, so the chair feels padded and easy to settle into. The tapered legs and slim arms keep the overall shape neat rather than bulky.

We offer this range in two colourways, Natural and Cream, both set against a pale whitewashed wood frame that shows the grain. The Natural sits warmer and the Cream reads cooler and softer, so you can match either to a living room, reading corner, bedroom or hallway. As an accent chair it works well beside a sofa or on its own next to a side table.

The frame is made from ash with a whitewashed finish, and the cushions use a foam and fibre fill with a polyester bouclé cover. Cane is a natural material, so keep it out of direct heat and strong sunlight to stop it drying. Vacuum the bouclé gently to lift dust, and spot clean any marks with a damp cloth rather than soaking the fabric. Wipe the wood with a dry or barely damp cloth.
