Description

The Moresk Jug brings a hand-thrown feel to the table with its ribbed upper half and softly ridged lower body. Made from stoneware, it pairs a natural sandy top glaze with a creamy white base, so the two tones meet in a relaxed banded finish. The tall tapered shape, gently pinched pouring spout and looped side handle give it an easy, everyday character.

Small marks and slight variations in the glaze are part of how each piece is finished, so no two jugs look exactly the same. You can fill it with water or juice at mealtimes, use it as a vase for cut stems or dried grasses, or simply leave it out on a shelf or dresser as a piece of pottery in its own right. The neutral colouring settles happily alongside both rustic and pared-back interiors.
